Precautions for galvanized wire binding

Galvanized iron wire is the extension of ordinary steel wire, just more than ordinary steel wire galvanized this one working procedure, after steel wire passes galvanized, its anticorrosive, antirust ability got greatly improved. It has been widely used in greenhouses, farms, packaging and other industries. Although galvanized iron wire operation is simple to use, because of the different binding items, there are many matters needing attention when using it to bind the goods, so as not to tie tight or wire fracture phenomenon.

When using galvanized iron wire to bind and reinforce goods, the tie node situation that should be based on place to reinforce goods, will choose corresponding binding form, be like figure eight binding, inverted figure eight binding, cross binding, etc. The insulation layer of semi-hard and soft insulation products shall be bound with packing steel tape, No. 14 ~ No. 16 galvanized iron wire or adhesive tape with a width of 60mm according to the diameter of the pipe and the size of the equipment. The strapping spacing should not be greater than 300mm for semi-hard insulation products; For soft felt, pad should not be greater than 200mm, and the lashing should not be less than two.
The insulation layer of hard insulation products can be double-stranded with No. 16 ~ No. 18 galvanized iron wire, and the spacing of the strapping should not be greater than 400mm. Pipes and corresponding equipment with nominal diameter equal to or greater than 600mm shall be reinforced with No.10 ~ No.14 galvanized iron wire or packing steel tape after strapping, and the spacing of reinforcement shall be 500mm, instead of using spiral winding strapping.
