In the hot plating process, the steel wire acts as the cathode, and the metal ions in the metal salt solution are reduced to metal and deposited on the surface of the steel wire. By controlling parameters such as current, voltage and bath temperature, the ideal coating can be obtained.
5. Post-treatment: After the hot plating wire production is completed, it is generally necessary to carry out some post-treatment processes, such as washing, drying, polishing, etc., to remove impurities and improve the quality of the coating.
